Our PCB Fabrication services can be summarised as follows:-

• Single sided, Double Sided Plated through, MultiLayer up to 24 Layers, Flexible or Flex Rigid Circuits, Mechanical Etching PCB
• Our PCB products are manufactured to your specifications, we Guarantee Delivery When You Need It.
• PCB Prototypes... if you need an prototype urgently simply give us a call when required, delivery can be within 24 hours.

All your designs will be manufactured using care and attention to detail, to ensure you are entirely extremely pleased and satisfied with the finished product.

Solder resist ... either photo-imageable or UV cured or, in a range of colours.

Hot Air Solder Level is offered as a standard finish. However should you require a flatter finish, for example on Fine pitch Surface mount components, Electroless Nickel Gold or Silver can be supplied. Hard Gold for Edge Connectors contacts is also available.

Your finished Printed Circuit Boards ... will be delivered to you either left in a panel with pips, routered, in a scored panel or for high volume products pierced, blanked profiled and returned to motherboard for ease of assembly. Our PCB assembly equiptment is the best there is. Given the UK PCB market Outlook we feel certain we have an attractive capability and price point.
