Clarydon Electronic Services Limited provides a comprehensive range of solutions for all of users of printed circuit boards. We can assist from initial PCB design, right through to volume PCB manufacture. Our wide range of services can be summarised as follows:
Prototype PCB manufacture
Prototype PCBs can be manufactured from our standard delivery of 5 working days to a 24 hour turnaround, depending on your particular requirements. We know you need an accurate, efficient and rapid service in getting your product to market. With Clarydon, all you need to do is simply tell us what you want and when you want it, then leave the rest to us.
We have an in depth understanding of PCB manufacture, from board material and physical properties (e.g. capacitance per unit area PCB) right through to their plastic cases.
Single sided PCBs
Conventional PCBs, either single sided, or double sided non PTH, are offered on each of the following substrates:
- FR2
- CEM1
- CEM3
- FR4
- FR5
- Rogers
- Taconic
- PTFE
- Special RF
A variety of finishes are offered including bare copper, roller tin, hot air solder level, (HASL) and electroless nickel gold. Boards can be final profiled by ‘V’ scored, CNC routered or tooled for power pressing for high volume product.
Standard turnaround is normally 10 working days from receipt of manufacturing information, but we can move more quickly depending on your needs.
Double sided PTH & multi layer (multilayer) PCBs
We use the very latest techniques in our manufacturing processes, with a wide range of ‘in-house’ finishes including hot air solder level, roller tin, electroless nickel gold, electroplated gold, carbon Ink, peelable solder resist. Electrical testing is also an in-house facility.
Our reputation for a high quality, responsive, cost effective and punctual service is maintained by modern equipment and by operating fully documented, recognised Quality Management Systems to ISO 9002 and UL approvals. All manufacture of PCBs is subject to statistical process control methodology.
