Prototype PCB manufacture
Prototype printed circuit boards can be manufactured from 24 hour turnaround, to a more standard prototype delivery of 5 working days, dependant upon your particular requirements. Clarydon understands the need for speed and accuracy in getting your product to market. You simply tell us ' what you want' & 'when you want it ' ……… & leave the rest to us. We have an indepth understanding of PCB Board Material and PCBs Physical Properties (e.g. capacitance per unit area pcb) all the way through to the plastic cases for printed circuit boards.

Single Sided Printed Circuit Boards
Conventional PCB's , either Single Sided , or Double sided Non PTH, are offered on each of the following substrates.

FR2
CEM1
CEM3
FR4
FR5

A variety of finishes are offered including Bare copper , Roller Tin , Hot Air Solder Level , ( HASL ) and Electroless Nickel Gold. Boards can be final profiled by 'V' Scored , CNC Routered or tooled for power pressing for high volume product. Standard turnaround is normally 10 working days from receipt of manufacturing information, although , obviously , this can be improved , dependant on your needs.

Double Sided PTH & Multi Layer PCB's
Our Manufacturing processes utilise the latest techniques, with a wide range of 'in-house' finishes including Hot Air Solder Level , Roller Tin, Electroless Nickel Gold , Electroplated Gold , Carbon Ink , Peelable Solder Resist. Electrical test is also an ' in-house ' facility.

Our reputation for a high quality, responsive, cost effective and punctual service is maintained by modern equipment and by operating fully documented, recognised Quality Management Systems to ISO 9002 and UL approvals. All manufacture of printed circuit boards is subject to Statistical process control methodology.
