a new product to market. To this end we offer a comprehensive Printed
Circuit Board Prototype PCB Service, ensuring you get the you want,
when you want it.
Delivery can be achieved within 24 hours when required. More typically
we would offer a 3 or 5 working day turnaround.
Over time we have developed a range of standard costs, thus enabling
our customers to know in advance charges for developing their new
Prototype PCB. This saves time in not having to wait for
Quotations to be calculated.
Our standard costs are as follows
- Single Sided - £200.00 Lot Price
- 2 Sided - £275.00 Lot Price
- 4 Layer - £425.00 Lot Price
- 6 Layer - £625.00 Lot Price

Prices based on supply of all product produced from processing
2 production panels through our factory. Typically a minimum of
10 circuits.
- Lead-time : 5 working days
- Standard Finish : Hot Air Solder Level.
Low Volume PCB Prototype Manufacturing
Of course many other variations of technology and lead-time can
be offered and prices will be quoted on application. Our Prototype
SMT equipment is first rate. From PCB Prototype Drill to Assembly
we guarantee a fast effiecient service.
Solder Paste Stencils Stencils are usually
despatched within 2 to 3 days from receipt of your manufacturing
information. However for urgent requirements a '24 Hour' service
or even ' While you wait ' can be arranged.
